All photos on this website are the property of Bestscenicphotos. No photo obtained from this website may be use for profit or promotional purposes without the express written consent of Bestscenicphotos. This includes, but is not limited to selling the photo, submitting it into a contest, submitting it to a print publication such as a magazine or newspaper, or using it in any print material. Any photo that has the "www.bestscenicphotos.com" caption in the lower left of the photo may be distributed to others for non-profit use (such as emailing to another person) so long as the photo is not altered in any way.

2. Privacy of visitors:

3. Submitting comments or ideas:
Submitting an idea or comment to BestScenicPhotos becomes the property of Bestscenicphotos and will not be compensated in any way unless an agreement is established in writing before the idea is submitted. Bestscenicphotos will not be responsible for any injuries or death suffered from a hike that is attempted because of a photo on this website. If you decide to hike any of the trails mentioned on this site, it is your responsibility to make sure you have the proper equipment, supplies, training, and conditioning when hiking.
